I’ve said this before, quit self-sabotaging… Don’t waste your time and energy coming up with excuses for why you can’t do something great in 2019. Write some encouraging affirmations on the mirror.
3️⃣ Clean Your Home
Get rid of all the clutter, things that you don’t need. Start the New Year out fresh. This applies to your whole life. You need to make space for creativity and growth.
4️⃣ Vision Board
Envision your goals for the new year! Envision yourself as if you’re already where you want to be. This might feel weird at first, but it helps and it works! Just find a quiet space, close your eyes, and picture 2019 already crushed!
5️⃣ New Year’s Resolution
Resolutions usually fail, but it’s because we lose momentum before we get started. Remember the 1st Four points. Set goals for the new year. We all fall off the wagon at some point, but you need to get back up and keep going.
7️⃣ Put Your Game Face On
